PROCESSING TIME
We take great care in preparing each order. Please allow Ready-to-ship items 2–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Made-to-order items vary depending on your order. During busy periods (sales, new collections, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
UK DELIVERY
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked services through Click & Drop.

EUROPE DELIVERY
We ship to Europe via Royal Mail with full tracking.

Delivery times may vary by country. Europe Zone 1 countries typically arrive at the lower end of the estimate; Zone 2 and Zone 3 countries may take closer to 10 business days.
Please note: All EU orders are subject to a flat-rate customs duty of €3 per product category, regardless of order value. These fees will be collected automatically at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have any questions about charges applicable to your order.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail with full tracking.

Shipping rates range up to £27.49 depending on destination and parcel weight.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the Royal Mail website (UK orders) or the relevant carrier's tracking portal (international orders).
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.
We are unable to predict the exact amount of these charges, as they vary by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have any concerns.
Please note that customs processing may add additional time to your estimated delivery window.
