Jas Lewis Henman ships worldwide, including UK, Europe, USA, Australia and Asia.

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide! If you have any questions about shipping to your specific location, feel free to get in touch.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with tracked delivery for your peace of mind.

Do you cover customs and import fees?

We are able to cover import fees to the USA and EU.

You may face import fees when your package arrives in your country. If you don't pay these in time, your package may be posted back to me, where I'll get in touch to discuss postage back to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Enjoy free delivery on:
- UK orders over £70
- Worldwide orders over £150

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a Royal Mail tracking link, so you can easily see where it is.

If you have trouble tracking your parcel or it's delivered to the wrong address, please contact Royal Mail.

Do you accept returns?

All product sales are final. We can only accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help.

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
