Shipping and Returns

We're overjoyed to say that we ship worldwide, baby! Yep, worldwide includes the UK, EU, and USA.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! If you have any questions about shipping to your specific location, feel free to reach out.

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail with tracked delivery for your peace of mind.

Do you over customs and import fees?

We're only able to cover import fees to the USA, due to recent changes in their policy.

You may face import fees when your package arrives in your country. If you don't pay these in time, your package may be posted back to us, where we will get in touch to discuss postage back to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Enjoy free delivery on:
- UK orders over £100
- Worldwide orders over £250
- US orders over $350

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a Royal Mail tracking link, so you can easily see where it is.

If you have trouble tracking your parcel or it's delivered to the wrong address, please contact Royal Mail.

Do you accept returns?

All product sales are final. We can only accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help.

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the buyer and may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
