Shipping FAQs

How long will my order take? 

We produce and ship your orders as quickly as we can. For prints, badges and pre-made products, we ship within 1-3 days.

Made-to-order items can vary, but allow 1-3 weeks for the item to be made and posted. If you’re ordering for a specific date and are concerned about production time, please leave a note at check out and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

If you are commissioning an item, we’ll discuss production time with you individually. 


How will you ship it?

You’ll receive an email as soon as we have shipped your order with tracking information. We will ship your order via Royal Mail within 1-3 business days.

UK orders take 1-3 days, and overseas order can take 5-10 days.


What countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, due to new GSPR regulations, as of December 13th 2024, we can no longer ship to countries within the EU.

The customer is responsible for any customs/import fees.


What packaging do you use?

As a proudly sustainable business, we package and post all orders using biodegradable, recyclable packaging and acid-free tissue paper. All prints and stickers are sourced from print.work using recycled materials.


What’s your return policy? 

We create every item by hand to ensure its quality and put a lot of love into every product. This means that sometimes they vary from the product photo. If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your package. Undamaged products can be returned to us for a full refund, with the customer responsible for postage fees.

If your item arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible. Please get in touch via jaslewishenman@gmail.com to report a return. 


Where is my package? 

We send all our packages with Tracked delivery, so everyone can rest assured knowing it’s heading in the right direction. Even so, if there are any issues with your delivery we will do our best to help. If your order has been marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check every corner - sometimes they are left with neighbours, under porches or in a lobby.
